- Hi,
-
- Our company is an access provider which connects USR Sportster 288
- modems to the Cisco 2511 access server. We have made a few changes:
- We set ats19=30 for a timeout period, and in addition, we also set S27=48
- and S54=96, as suggested by USR to fix a handshake problem, after that,
- we did a at&w0. After then change, we discovered that all users dialing in
- our modems receive some garbage characters after connection is made.
- Recognizing that the problem maybe caused by the re-configuration, we
- quickly fall back all our modems to the original S19=0 S27=0 and S54=64
- configuration, but we still see that our users are still receiving garbage!!
- Any ideas or suggestions is very much appreciated...
-
- Thanks in advance,
-
